We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our IT services company as an Office Manager/Secretary/Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, handling administrative duties, and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.  Emphasis on Operations!

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in office management, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with client management software.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain filing and document management systems.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, tracking expenses, and maintaining records.
  • Create and maintain client records and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
  • Manage client contracts and agreements, including negotiating contract terms and ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client needs are being met and technical issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business development activities as needed.
