We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) company. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, as well as managing and growing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the IT services or MSP industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of MSP services to potential clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel to client sites and industry events will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, and provide education and guidance on MSP services and offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to provide timely and effective solutions to client needs and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the MSP brand and build industry relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and recommendations to clients and internal team members.
